Hey guys. I installed Windows XP Professional on my machine recently and right now I'm trying to configure my DSL to work with it. The only problem I'm having is that I can't find the field anywhere in the TCP/IP properties of my NIC where you enter the DNS host name (which my ISP needs set to erasmus.redback).

I went under Network Connections, entered the properties for my NIC (3Com 905B) and went under its TCP/IP properties. I've scraped through XP Help to no avail and starting to get a bit aggravated. Does anyone know where Microsoft decided to hide this setting? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I believe you can right click on My Computer, click on Computer Name, click on Change,
enter erasmus under name, click on more, enter redback.
