These won't come up for me on this computer but will for my laptop.

What setting would I have to change to fix this. Tough to update roxio without the site.

Thanks

check your HOSTS file. Sometimes viruses will modify it.

it is in \windows\system32\drivers\etc

otherwise open command prompt with Start\run. type cmd. press ok.

then use the nslookup command to verify that you can resolve the name to an ip address.

nslookup www.roxio.com

and see if you get an ip address returned to you. nslookup checkes your DNS servers and doesn't care about any entries in your hosts file (which override and DNS servers)

*Bump for whoever else might have this problem*

I had the same problem as you. I couldn't access some sites from one computer on my network, but could access them from other computers. It was quite mind boggling. Turns out hpshoping.com seems to be incompatible with Microsoft TCP/IP v6. Go to your network connection properties and uninstall it. That might do the trick.
