Remind me again why Steve Bannon is so qualified to be a permanent member of the National Security Council? More so than Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and the Director of National Intelligence? And why is Trump so busy that he'll probably be sending Pence in his place?? And why did he sideline the CIA and UN Ambassador Haley, who won't be able to get ahead of any planned action or smooth things over with allies??

WTF is happening to our country???

Just wait 'til more of the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle that Trump and Friends have in store for our futures get filled in, and maybe, just maybe, there will be enough folks who voted for him coming to their senses and realize that sticking with him and his agenda really is a far worse nightmare than they thought they could put up with in order to keep believing in all of the lies and worthless promises he beguiled them with.

Up to this point in his tenure, it looks like The Trump Train is at full speed and bracing for a head-on collision with reality, with the hope that the lies and deception their train was built and powered on will be strong enough to survive the impact and finally get rid of the nasty chore of having to interminably justify their lies with more outrageously fantastic ones.

Who knows with Trump, but intentionally or otherwise, he may be showing us just how insidiously corrupt and dysfunctional our system of "government" has become, to the point where it becomes too blatantly obvious to ignore how easy it is to scam a person's way into the highest office of the land we live in, and that we should be much more suspiciously alert as to how folks exactly like Trump who seek the power of directing or futures for their personal profit can make our "feelings" about things become much more important than the facts and truths of which we should base our decisions on.

As ridiculous as it is disturbing. Rice is spot on.

Dubya 2.0 needs his Rove though.

You haters need to do what Bannon said the press should do, and just "shut up."

Trump doesn't rate comparisons to any President. Remember that Bush went to some efforts to not make the war about a war with Islam and it wasn't. Still wrong, but there has not been anything like Trump before.

It's my fault really, I used the comparison to illustrate the need of a 'political mentor,' and in no way meant it as a comparison of Trump himself to Bush. I don't think anyone save a real Trump zealot would try to argue anything about this man being 'business as usual.' Too many people on both sides of the isle questioning if he's mentally ill.

Which is good, because this buffoon should be removed from office. Let a creepy puritan have a couple years in office, at least he's not insane. With how freaked and motivated Trump has everyone watch the Dems/Indies pull a hat trick by 2020.

Because Trump wants someone who will tell him what he wants to hear...not someone who will burden him with the truth?
