Looks good, although since you don't have settings defined for OGR, I'm assuming you're not doing it. If that's the case, just set OGR=0, and don't use frequent threshold checks.
 
no habla OGR 😉, no I really wanna ditch the project once its done, so good suggestion, I set it as a fall back like we used to do in the "old" days 😉.
 
I'm not too sure about this line:
fetch-time-threshold=6

Does that mean it will only fetch 6 hours worth of blocks?

Mine looks like this:
fetch-workunit-threshold=4092

That way it holds on to about 5 days worth of blocks in case of an outage. 😀
