You don't sentance someone to death if you don't have absolute proof. That's WHY no innocent person has ever been executed.

Really? You think so? How naive. Considering how many people have been sentenced to death and then exonerated YEARS later, there is no doubt in my mind that we've executed an innocent man in the past.
