DMX to Judge: "I ain't fu**ing coming back ..."

After the judge denied DMX's bond and set his next court date for October 3, the serial arrestee eloquently said, "I ain't coming back on fucking October 3."

"Oh, well that just ingratiated you to me. You need to tell you client I have heard the f-word before," the judge said to DMX's attorney. "He can send it to me anytime he wants but it certainly doesn't help his stature of being a good guy."

The judge then called his attorney back into court and told him to speak to DMX about the way he addresses the judge.


UPDATE: Even though he dropped an F-bomb on a Miami judge yesterday, DMX can finally get all the McD's he wants -- for now.

We're told his lawyer, former "Apprentice" could-a-been turned miracle worker Bradford Cohen, just worked out a plea deal with the judge: time served and about a $483 fine. D could've faced up to six years on the trying-to-score coke and pot charges, to which he plead guilty.

We're also told AZ lawmen have 15 days to collar him for all his eight zillion arrests there. If they don't, he's home free ... until the next time he gets arrested, which should be ...

But DMX is not any normal person, any sentence without the f-word would be a crime in his case. As a judge, I'd be more inclined to toss his ass in jail for actually not using the word.

--- On July 2, 2008 DMX was arrested in Phoenix at Sky Harbor airport after arriving from Miami for outstanding warrants and failing to appear in court. His bond is $1075 for driving without a license and $10000 for previous drug charges on May 9th. [15]

--- Two weeks later, DMX was arrested at a Phoenix mall on suspicion that he gave a false name & Social Security number to a hospital to get out of paying for medical expenses.[16]DMX is suspected of having used a false name, "Troy Jones" and failed to pay a $ 7,500 bill to Scottsdale's Mayo Clinic in April. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said DMX's bond had not been set, and if he remains in 4th avenue jail, he would be isolated from the rest of the inmates for his own safety. "They may not like his music."

My friend used to be the PR guy for DMX. They hated each other. DMX liked to mix cocaine with weed and would never make his appointments without an outburst. He has a lot of dogs and doesn't take care of them. When they died, he would just chuck them in the woods behind his home. The man is a First Class Asshole.
