The DMCA says that you cannot be anonymous behind a monitor. The IPA said you can be anonymous.
Free Speech meant that in a crowd you can hold up a Poster and shout disagreements as an anonymous person in the crowd excercising your Free Speech rights. The DMCA and just about everything going on in the Laws of the Land area now shreds that Free Speech right that it no longer exists. You must come up and stand at the podium exclaim your name and Social Security number and you may or may not get the opportunity to voice your opinion depending on what the people in charge say you can or cannot say.
