So, I got this xbox media center function thing. I'm able to record streaming music from 550 or so internet channels.
The media center parses, tags and saves each song seperatly.
The bitrate is 92hz or bits or whatever.
Is this legal? or is it fair use to record from the stream and use on my mp3 player?
