I just contacted SECURITY KISS VPN Tunnelo and they offered me a 2 week trial to their premium Jade Plan and adviced me to connect to their Netherlands serves are they are torrent friendly and they never or rarely get DMCA Complaints from users connected to those servers. I think I might stick to them
 
Without naming names, because we all know what Google is, there are VPN services out there that do what you want... You just aren't looking hard enough.
