DMA in Win98SE, Via chipset&4.29 drivers. Tried advices, didn't work!!!

Don't know why it doesn't work, one advice was to uninstall the drivers as they have a conflict with the built in drivers. Everytime I try to enable it in device manager, reboot it still turns up off!!!
BIOS set to auto on IDE DMA. What can I do?
 
Sorry, didn't quite specify, I struggle to enable the CD and DVD on IDE 1 & 2, not the RAID. Sorry guys. Anyone know what is up with that?
