When I ran Dependency Walker on two different machines, I found something very odd.
MSCOREE.dll has a different timestamp on each machine. On one machine it is dated 9/23/2005 at 7:28 am, and the other is 9/23/2005 at 8:28 am. It is .NET Framework v2.0.
MD5 has returns the same value for each file.
How in the world did they get different timestamps by one hour?
