dlink lan card insall prob

i reinstalled xp home, im trying to install a dlink dwl650 wireless lan card, im getting a code 10 error in device manager, also when i plug the card in the green light goes on and shuts off a few seconds later.
 
code 10 is a FailReasonString value in the devices hardware key...

since you reinstalled xp home, did you grab the latest and greatest drivers/software from the dlink site?
