Firewall Settings:

-NAT-

--UDP Endpoint Filtering:
A. Endpoint Independent
B. Address Restricted
C. Port And Address Restricted

--TCP Endpoint Filtering:
A. Endpoint Independent
B. Address Restricted
C. Port And Address Restricted

There is no option to completely turn off the NAT is there?

I have to select UDP and TCP options, it's annoying.

DMZ mode doesn't help much either.

firmware is 2.00

That looks like one of the typical "routers" that are nothing more than a "NAT Based firewall." IE the NAT engine is doing all the "firewall" work. It looks like "bridge mode" turns it in to a dumb router without firewall filtering.

Doing that would put your PC directly on the Internet giving your computer the public routable address disabling any other devices on the network at the same time along with the typical security issues. Odds are if entering the port forwards are causing lag, the issue is that your connection is loaded with something else or isn't up to the task.

what imagoon said.

But if you want to try to isolate the problem, why dont you just bypass you router all together and plug into your modem, see if that helps. If you have DSL you may need to setup a PPPoE network connection. If you have comcast you may need to powercycle the modem for a minute (if you get phone through comcast make sure to take the battery out too)
