2 weeks ago I updated the firmware for my DLINK DI-604 to ver. 2.20, there has been numerous problems that arised from the update (disconnected connections, erased PPPoE setup, unable to revert back to rev 2.18 firmware, date and time changes back to default). I called tech support and they informed me that there has been issues with the firmware 2.2 causing a lot of problems to users and he told me that "It shouldn't have been released". After going thru some process that I already did (reset, cycle power, etc) he finally gave me a case ID and told me to call dlink for RMA.
At this moment, I have been an hold for more than an hour now!! Does any body know of any direct contact with a CSR that I could call other than thier main number (949) 790-5348??? This is getting to be a frustration!
