I need to forward a port to my web server and another port to my ftp server. I tried to follow the guides and all I get when I try to access the the web server is a prompt to enter my router. Anyone else work with port forwarding on this router?

Are you attempting to access your web server from your LAN? If so you only need the LAN IP address of the computer. Port forwarding is only used when access from the WAN comes into play. In which case you would need to type the address as <your WAN IP>:443 (or whatever port you are using).

Go to firewall rule then use the port mapping. Make sure your schedule is setted correctly and upgrade the firmware before you do this procedure.
You may also look at the 'service' to edit the listed ports.
Did you know that this unit has a setting and a port for WAN and DMZ from DHCP server?
