DI-704P upgraded to latest firmware.

ShieldsUp! (grc.com) reported my port 113 was "Closed". That's really not a big deal, but I wanted to see if I could "Stealth" it like all the other ports, so I forwarded port 113 to an unused LAN IP.

I don't see a speed hit (my Attbi has really eratic speeds and latency seems high sometimes). Will forwarding 113 into nothingness cause any problems with some Internet servers?

113 is the Ident port.. most times it is only used for Chat Servers.

Internet speeds (Web surfing is what I am speaking of) has nothing to do with this port last I checked so you should be fine in forwarding this port to nothing.

I assume since you asked that you know if you forward it to nothing it will "stealth" this port so go ahead.
