As per the title, I just purchased a Dlink 524 router/WLAN.
I have found that enabling MAC filtering blocks access for my laptop (but not my wired home PC).
Both computers have had their MAC addresses added to the router's MAC table.
In fact, if I *disable* MAC filtering, the laptop connects, and I can *see* that it's connected in the status page for the wireless connections.
I double-checked the MAC address to ensure it was correct, and it was.
I even added the wired MAC address of the laptop for grins - but that didn't do anything either ( as I expected).
So, why will it not connect?
Both machines are XP SP2 machines running ZA free.
