DLink 524 and Vonage

Please Help -

I have the DLink 524 and Vonage. I reset the DLink last night and Vonage does not work. I need to open port ranges on the router. (10000-20000 among others). I go to ADVANCED and APPLICATIONS.

I tell it to TRIGGER PORT 10000-20000
TRIGGER TYPE UDP
PUBLIC PORT 10000-20000
PUBLIC TYPE UDP

I then apply it and do it three more times to set all the ranges up. However, no dial tone. I know it is hooked up correctly because it worked until I did the reset. Could someone please help me with this issue? Am I in the right area or should I be in VIRTUAL SERVER? The only problem with that area is taht you can only input one port at a time, not ranges.

I appreciate any/all responses.

Your ISP?

Well, get online with ISP modem only first!
Then connect the Vonage (normally router/modem) via ISP modem then get online and try to use VoIP.
Lastly, disable DHCP from Dlink 524 and change 524 IP with same domain as Vonage router/modem.
Connect 524 to Vonage router/modem then start using it.

Yes, trigger the ports from Vonage since vonage is your gateway now!
