dl360 and alternative chassis

hi,

I currently have a dl360 and the chassis has suffered significant damage. I would like to replace the chassis with one cheaper than a compaq one. Are there any non-compaq chassis out there that would fit all the compaq innerworkings? (mobo, sca scsi, etc)
