I was looking to replace a surveillance system that I currently own. It has Win98 and some very old software. I am lookin to replace the PC as well as the capture card.

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on a capture card. I was looking for something that could support up to 8 cameras (maybe PTZ support). I was looking at brands like Apollo, Kworld, and Geovision.
I searched google, but couldn't seem to find a non-biased review site.
