Assembled, launched pen at tissue box, small puncture wound to box, no significant damage.

It flew accurately, but I didn't have very powerful rubber bands. :(

man, i tried it.. followed their directions, and it doesn't seem to work.. i mean i dont have a place that fits the pencil vey well.. i guess if you don't mind the pencil being loose in the "barrel" but i dunno.. i dont' think i can test it right now...

I just made one and shot it at a heavy duty cardboard box. 50% papermate blue ballpoint pen penetration. Very nice.

The Results of the Office Gun test: inconclusive. Rubber Band proved to be the weak link in the construction of the gun. It failed on the 3rd firing of the weapon. Distance and velocity were not what was expected.

I need more heavy duty rubber bands. :|

So far:

4 attempts
1 success
2 near success, but rubber bands = too weak
1 cant figure out barrel

Not bad. Sounds like multiple rubber bands might improve things (I used two, but that wasn't enough)

I used 3 size 33 (?!?! wtf is size 33?) officemax brand rubberbands. I skipped the second wrapping of the rubberband and loading is a bitch but it goes fast. I was pretty shocked by the first shot.
