DIY Improvement for P5B Deluxe

Last night, I was able to hit 3GHz stable on my E6300, which I'm quite impress with the board. I have tried OC with Athlon 64 before but not as successful.
Here's my list;

1. Add one more 4-pin CPU power plug (converted from regular IDE power rail)
2. Add Mosfet heatsink
3. Add low RPM 80mm fan on NB/SB.
4. Change stock HSF to aftermarket good one (thinking Thermalright Ultra 120 + Nexus 120mm silent fan)

I'm running the board with Corsair XMS 6400 C4. It does run fine at stock speed (4-4-4-12 @ 2.1v). I tried to push it to DDR2-900 (450MHz) range but it can't (5-5-5-15 @ 2.15v, Orthos failed after a bit). Got it (quite) stable @ 230MHz (5-5-5-15 @ 2.15v). I feel that I can push it a little but not sure which timing to pick. All tests, except the 230MHz, are done using multiplier x6 to make sure I'm not limiting by the CPU capability.

Any thought?
