I personally don't know a lot about the diff. between the 128 and the 256 (some help from some video gurus would be nice) but from what I have seen in some gaming benchmarks, it probably wouldnt really be worth the extra money (again, I could be wrong). Also, the 256 runs hotter so you would need a well ventilated case.

Well, like I previously stated, my most extensive gaming consisted of Soldier of Fortune, which ran smoothly on my Celeron 733, 64MB on board vid card w/ 192 megs of ram.

So, I'm pretty sure the 9800pro 128meg card will do me more than justice, hell any off board vid car is gonna be better than what I'm used to.

Looks great! But if you arn't doing heavy gaming don't go with the 6800. I would get the 9800pro like FreshFish recommend.

Yea, that is my plan, to go with the 9800Pro 128MB vid card. Should turn out nicely...I hope anyway.
