Search for "10/18 to 24 Pins HP Z800 Workstation PC PSU Power Supply Adapter" they're like $15I know this is a bit of an old post, but I have several Z800's that I use everyday. I absolutely love them for just about everything I do; however, the Nvidia Quadro 5000 cards I use are finicky when it comes to picking up my monitors. (2x Quadro 5000 w/4 24in 1080p Dell monitors) I want to swap GPUs to two GTX 1060 but the stock 1100W PSU connections don't allow the power connections needed to do this without major rewiring. Two swap in a a normal PC PSU would mean tracing out all the pins, finding the right rails for 5V and 12V connections and a boat load of soldering. I came across your project this morning but complete accident...or miracle maybe...Where oh where did you find the power adapters for your project? I have searched the interwebs for weeks looking for exactly those connectors....I hope you get this message and thank you in advance.
Fantastic mod by the way, I love the ingenuity and drive you have to take on such a task.

If you do not know what those mean, or what kind you need, i sugguest you find help from someone local because that is an enterprise machine with strict part guidelines.
If you do know what parts you need, i suggest ebay would be your ideal source.
