DivX Video won't play on TV out

I have a Radeon 9100 with a TV out. Hooked up the TV, see the desktop fine. When I try to play a divx or mpeg file in WMP, or DivX player, it wont show on the TV, just black where the movie should be. MOV/Quicktime files will show on the TV. I know it is possible because VirtualDub does play these divx it on screen, but doesn't have a full screen option. What player will allow me to see the video on the second TV display?

Thanks
Chris

You can't use hardware overlay on your 'secondary' display. Either get a player that works in software mode, set the TV-out to 'mirror' the primary display, use 'Theater Mode', or make the TV-out the 'primary' display (but then you won't be able to see the videos on your monitor).

I guess thats what i'm looking for? Again, the files will play in Vdub, the TV is a mirror (my desktop is NOT spread across the two, what on the LCD is whats on the TV) Just need a program that will display it. Im thinking it isn't my computer thats the problem, its the player. maybe its a piracy thing, like how it shows up blank when you try to use printscreen when watching in WMP.

In WMP go to tools/options/performance/advanced button. Then uncheck all the stuff under Video Acceleration. That should work.
