Divx To VCD

Whats the best way to convert a Divx file (its a party video from our March Break party) to a VCD? The file is about 600 MB.

I purchased a DVD player that supports pretty much anything , and I would like to learn to make VCD's


whats some help for a newbie? Please help...thanks

I do realize about dvdrhelp.com as well, Im just looking for personal preferences for software.

also I will be using mostly divx to vcd

there's a program called tmpgenc, it'll convert divx avi's to mpeg or mpeg2, you then burn those files to a video cd using nero or something similar.
