DivX Player infected with Trojan?

Maybe it's just my system or virus scanner (Kapersky) but it says that the divx player at http://www.divx.com/divx/play/download/index.php is infected with trojan-dropper.win32.agent.wd

Is this showing up for anyone else? What pisses me off is it didn't detect it until after I had already launched the exe and installed the player/codec.

This thread makes it seem like it is a false positive..
