DivX From After Effects? Is there a Good Quality export choice? HELP PLEASE?

Working on a movie and I was wondering what the best quality to export from after effects is?
Going to be importing into adobe premiere, size does not matter, uncompressed avis look all blocky. Right now I get the best quality from intel indeo video 4.4, when all settings are maxed but it still does not look as good as what the original peace of video looked like?!? Is there a divx codec for after effects? Would that look better?

Maybe I am missing a choice that would be better, anyone know which type of video/compression would look the best? Any help would be great.

Thanks

Don't you normally work the otherway around (import Premiere footage into After Effects)?. I'm not sure why uncompressed AVI looks blocky..it really shouldn't. What is the format of your source video?

Format of my sorce video isFRAPS so its already uncompressed. I think I will have to go with uncompressed video for now. Can I export to divx from premiere? Thanks
