DIVX encoding problem

whenever i try to encode any mpeg file to DIVX using DrDivx at 320*240(25fps) .........it result s in audio video sync loss(video is 2 sec behind audio).............does it has to do with my weak graphics system???

No not at all as your graphics card is almost definately not doing a thing with the encoding process. Your losing sync because the rest of your system can't keep up (probably because you don'y have enough RAM in that PC).
