DivX/DVD tools site

Hey... I've got some old DivXs and DVD rips I made on my machine and want to burn VideoCDs. I have EZCD 5.2 to burn the VideoCDs but need tools/faqs to convert, split into CD size files, etc. so I can burn. I know there's a great site with a simple url, but I lost it. Thanks...

That's what I was thinking of... vcdhelp.com... i tried divxhelp and dvdhelp, but forgot good ol vcd. thanks.
