Divx Decompressor... Codec?

I remember there was a certain codec I needed to view videos on windows media player, but I don't remember what or where I got it. After reformatting I lost it and need to find it again. Anyone know what file it is Im looking for and where to get it at?

ffdshow is all you need if you don't encode. It supports various popular codecs(xvid, divx3,4,5, huffyuv to name a few) and many tweaks you can play around with(sharpen, blur, noise reduction, filters, resizing, etc). Plus, its open source, freeware and incredibly small.
