dividing the networking forum category?

I know it adds some work, but I think you guys should consider a second networking category, and divide the two up into Home Networking, and Business Networking.

A great deal of the networking category is home based, I think some of us with more complicated questions and answers would benefit from a business networking forum, and not have to weed through all the other stuff.

I'm aware this same distinction could be made for almost all the other categories, but anyone reading through networking in particular can see the sharp contrast of the posts, whereas in the other categories its alittle more of a gray area.

Anyways, just my 2 cents, thanx 4 reading it

It won't be happening.

The mods generally dont want to expand our extensive list of forums. I see a rejection in your future. Sorry, but thats how I see it. You could, however, try to get the people who usually post in networking to start their posts with HN for Home networking, and BN for business networking.

You'll probably have more luck with Mookow's suggestion as the mod will say "It won't be happening".

Using a standard set of prefixes/abbreviations would allow interested users to easily filter the topic list using the crippled search, effectively giving you the distinction between home and business that you're looking for.
