I got this in NetSurfer a while back. Here's the writeup:
One Part Swedish, One Part Arabic, One Part Hatt
If you like music videos - and "All Your Base" - hurry on over to catch this site's great video. It seems to have started as a perfectly innocuous song in Arabic, but somewhere along the line morphed into transliterated Swedish subtitles with images from who knows where. The graphics do not reach Madonna video quality, but have an odd charm of their own. The Coke bottle seemed out of place, although it may provide an important plot point. It is, in a nutshell, very, very odd. It's also very, very loud, and rather mesmerizing. By the end of your second viewing, you're going to be singing along with the Swedish subtitles - unless you know Arabic, we suppose. We cannot recommend a third viewing and retain our clear collective conscience. Reader explanations are encouraged.

Now, what in the world does this thing mean?

The site is in Swedish and describes some kind of weird party game, where the most drunk person gets a hat and everybody sings along to the song. The song is called "the hat is yours", and begins like this: win kinky fun, The hat is yours, the hat is yours, hat baby hat baby, that hat has such a funny life, the hat is yours the hat is yours, This is too f#cked, this is getting fruity, that always was funny, cool guy with a soda in his hand, yes that is what we think-something sweet etc I didn't look at the whole video.

The Swedish subtitles are actually the Swedish-letter-equivalent of singing the song (they aren't necessarily the proper Arabic translation of the words.) In other words, they were posted so that one (who can speak Swedish) can sing-along to the song (in Arabic).

If you wanna translate their site, you can meticulously try and translate each word to find out why they posted this shockwave funny.

That being said...that's one very weird "music" video, though. Very weird, indeed. :)

There was a thread about this song before, but I don't know what to search on to find it. It's an Arabic song, and some of the words sound exactly like Swedish words, so a literal translation is performed but ends up being meaningless, the person who explained it made more sense than I am so if I can find the link I'll post it :)

Found it :D

I didn't realize it's a arabic song sounding like Swedish since I don't have a sound card on this machine. That explains the strange Swedish lyrics :)
