As an Illinois resident and taxpayer, I'd prefer you not waste my tax dollars with your entertainment. If the uni's limits don't suit you, then pay for your own internet connection.

BTW, no one here is going to help you. Many of the people on this forum are exactly the ones who enforce the policies you're trying to circumvent.

Yeah, fine, I'll ask around campus then when I get there I guess. And with my idea, nobody would be going above their quota. It would simply be using UNUSED bandwidth. I haven't read all the rules, but I doubt you have either, so before you start lecturing , why don't you show me where it explicitly prohibits this type of thing. Also, I and my family pay taxes too, as well as 25k a year to attend. I don't even know why I mention it because it's irrelevent because, as I said before, we wouldn't be using anymore bandwidth than the University has allocated to us.
