Distortion with my integrated sound on my A7N8X-DX

I have this problem since about one month. The sound get distorted ( like if it were coming out of my pc internal speaker...)
I get this problem in games. It's not all the time, it appen about 1 or 2 times for each 4 hours of gaming I do and if i get out of the game and play some music it will sound bad too. I only need to restart my computer to correct the problem .
Is this a known problem? Is my board defect?
