A couple of weeks ago I was driving to San Diego and I accidentally got in the EZ-Pass lane (or whatever it's called) and by the time I noticed I couldn't get in the right lane (I was too far left and am not an aggressive driver
) ..and since the road completely splits, I couldn't do anything.
Is there any way to dispute this? I would never purposely try to bypass the toll booth or anything. I am willing to pay the $3 bucks (original toll fee) but the violation is an extra 30 bucks which totally sucks.
Just wondering if anyone has done this before or if it's a hopeless cause.
