Is there any solutions to get 4k 60p 10-bit 4:4:4 (RGB) on a HDMI 2.1 TV (LG E9) from a PC right now?
HDMI 2.0 does not have enought bandwidth to support 10bit with 4:4:4 chroma at 4k 60p as far as I know. Is there any adapter/cable which would convert the display port of the GPU (1080ti in my case) to HDMI? I read somewhere that they are working on a DP 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 adapter, but no info since then, plus I don't really need all the bandwith HDMI 2.1 has to achieve what I want, but more than 2.0 has.

I'm not aware of any solution to this. I have a Club3D DP to HDMI 2.0 adapter capable of 4K 60p 8-bit 4:4:4 but I think it drops to 4:2:0 for 10-bit. You might try reaching out to Club3D to see if they have a DP to HDMI 2.1 adapter capable of supporting 10-bit 4:4:4 planned.

Mailed Club3D support, they replied saying that there will be a DP1.4 to HDMI 2.1 adapter in 2020-Q1. I think we are going to see more adapters like this next year, maybe a graphics card with HDMI 2.1 as well.
