Displayport adapter issues

Those adapters are very finicky, another of the exact same adapter could work. Someone actually got theirs to start working by unplugging it and plugging it back in a few times and using a VGA->DVI adapter on the end of it.

There is a thread on WSGF about DP->VGA adapters you might want to look through also. If you are only using 2 monitors though you could just use the HDMI port instead? Or do you have a 3rd one (going by your sig)
 
I have 2 monitors and a 32 inch HDTV. Got the TV on the adapter and put it as the 3rd monitor and now it seems to be working. Hope it lasts or it will be RMA time.
