Question Displaying to my TV as a Second Screen

This is on Windows 10.
Is it possible to have Windows set to a 1080p signal for my monitor (because it's 1080p) but when I go to my TV as a Second Screen allow it to go to 2160p? Or will having two resolutions in Windows cause conflicts?

That should work just fine. I have had 2 different monitor resolutions several times before and it worked no problem. As long as your graphics card will handle 2160p and 2 outputs which I believe all modern ones will as will most integrated graphics cards.

Thanks, yeah, I've tried and it works fine, I just need to figure out what percentage to scale by on the 2160p to not get tiny fonts but also to not have all the icons on the desktop not fly app over the place when I go back to the 1080p monitor. I need to know what the proper scaling is basically to make the 2160p display at the exact scale as the 1080p.
