Some computer labs on my university campus have Dell 1901FP LCD monitors and I've noticed that it has quite significant ghost effect. I can see a green ghost behind image even when scrolling the text slowly. If I scroll a picture, you can see a ghost too.
I don't see anything like this on the 1701FP LCD monitor.
