display setting goes back to 640 x480 at reboot??? win 95(recent sircam worm infection)

Its a office PC pentium 100/ 32edo ram windows 95

we recently got a virus "w32.sircam.worm@mm" cleaned it out with norton sirc fix.
Everything is working however everytime I reboot my desktop setting goes back to 640x480 and I have to reset it to 800x600. Any ideas on how to fix this or where to look?
