Display Resolution at Start-Up

When I initially boot-up, my screen resolution is 640x480 even though it's set to 1280x1024.

When I restart, It goes back to 1280x1024.

How do I fix this so I get the right resolution at start-up?

I have a Voodoo3 3000 video card.
