Display Properties problem

Suddenly the desktop tab under display properties is showing all the picures I have in "My Pictures" folder as an option for a background - problem is like just the standard windows pictures to be shown since I have tons of digital pics of my dog, family, etc. that I will never use as a wallpaper. . . I'd rather have the normal options and be forced to browse if I want something else - how did this happen and how do I get it back to normal? Any ideas?

On the same tab, under the Background (lower left) just select what you
want for the display background .. It is possible that it is pointed to the folder
you mentioned thru the Browse Button at the Right

That's my problem - I don't want it pointed to "My Pictures" folder because I have so many pics in there - now I have 500+ pictures available to select in that window which is too many to deal with!
