I was having no problems earlier today, but after coming back just now from my second set of classes I turned on my computer and to my dismay the monitor never came out of hibernation mode!
I tried turning it off and back on, and it just went back to hibernation mode like my computer wasn't turned on... so I turned off the powerstrip for awhile thinking maybe something needed just to reset, and I also made sure the plug was firmly connected to my video card.
Of course that didn't work otherwise I wouldn't be typing this right now 🙁
The power light (hibernation orange) is on for the monitor, and the fan for my video card is still spinning so I don't know whats broken... I removed my video card and put it back in firmly to make sure that wasn't the problem also.
Its weird, I've never had this problem on this computer before and it just popped up out of no where.
Any advice/opinions is appreciated.
