Hi. I recently got the Hyundai L90D+ 19'' lcd and it is a great monitor, but Ive run into a problem.
Im not sure if this si the direct problem with the monitor or the pc itself, but ill start with the monitor. Also of note is taht this problem started this morning after i woke up and saw the power had goen out and my pc had been shut off becuase of that.
Well now whenver I turn the pc back on, the monitor will show a blue light indicating its on, but then quickly change to orange whihc usually means there is no picture or or its in standby. I tried the monitor on another computer i have it it worked fine as soon as i plugged it in. So then i thought maybe its the video card going bad. So i take it out (an old agp ati 9000) and put in another one i had laying around( a pci ati 9250). same problem when i start up, no picture.
im running out of ideas as to what the problem is. I cant get the monitor menu to show up at all anyway unless its displaying an image, so i cant check anything on it. i thought maybe my agp slot had gone bad, but like i said i put in a pci card and got the same thing. I also tried another monitor ( an old crt) and it wouldnt display a picture either.
Anyone have any other ideas what I could try here? Any help is appreciated.
