I just gave my old Asus Ti4200 to a friend, and he seems to be having a problem with the display having a very noticable flicker while he is playing City of Heroes. This only happens after the computer has been asleep, or stanby, for an extended period of time, after a fresh reboot, it works fine.
Although a reboot fixes the problem, it is still bothersome that it has these effects, could it be a driver issue, a directX issue, or something else?
How can I determine the problem, and help him resolve it.
