Hi all,
I have a Viewsonic n2000 LCD television. I have a Playstation 2 with High Def component cables connected to it. Both the TV and the PS2 are running in 16:9 ratio.
The problem is that when I play games I see horizontal image distortion. See the pics below for what I mean...

Notice the horizontal lines...it's like half the image shifts faster than the other half. It makes playing games almost unbearable.
I've spoken to Viewsonic but their tech support is useless. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem or if there are any solutions to it?
By the way, I tested the PS2 on a friend's TV with the same high-def cables (diff. TV though) and noticed NO problems.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
