I have a computer that the choices on the desktop tab on display properties are frozen and I am not able to select anything. The screen saver tab and everything else works fine it is just the desktop tab. There is no group policy implemented and this is a home computer.
 
wow thats a wierd problem. when did this start? was it after something was installed on it? does it have other strange problems due to viruses or spyware? is this computer win xp home? are the choices on the "desktop tab" grayed out so you cant change them?
