Display problem w/ LCD in digital mode

I have two systems. Each has Samsung 191t-plus and ATI radeon 9200. Both systems suffer the same problem, the screen suddenly went black almost every 5 mins then it comes back up again. I am using Digital connection for both of the machine though. Problem disappears if I use Analog mode. Can anyone help?

Both 2 systems have the same spec

Gigabyte K8T800
512MB kingston valueRAM
Gigabyte ATI Radeon 9200
WDC 120 GB HDD
Samsung 191t-plus monitor

I have the same monitor with my Ti4200, and I can use DVI with no problems with the 40.72 Detanators. The first thing to try would probably be using some newer (or older, if you're already up-to-date) video card drivers.
