Display port cable question.

Are diplayport 1.2 cables any different? I purchased some off ebay and am only having problems with my last monito in the daisy chain. I have the monitor menu setup correct for DP 1.2 enable, and have the correct drivers.

There appears to be a funny interference in the 2nd monitor that will sometimes go blank as if the cable is bad. It is not, as I have switched it with the primary and same problem.

there is no official 1.2 cable. any officially certified displayport cable should support any of the revisions. Trouble is, most dp cables you find are not certified. check out Accell - all their DP cables are certified and ive never had an issue with one
